How can I return an item that doesn't meet my expectations?
Email us at contact@clothes2wear.com If you wish to ask for a replacement and after a thorough verification if the replacement is accepted by the concerned team, then you will get a return mailing label and instructions on where and how to send your merchandise. The returned goods will not be accepted if the request for replacement is not done beforehand.
What is the time frame allowed for returning items?
Within three working days of delivery, items must be returned for exchange or a replacement.
You have three (3) days from the date of delivery to obtain a replacement under our three-day replacement policy. You must record an unboxing video as soon as you receive the product in order to be qualified for a replacement. The received product must to be inside its original packaging, unworn and undamaged and must be in the same condition as when you received it—including the tags, if any.
Additionally, you'll require the proof of purchase, or receipt, that you may have obtained during the transaction—online or offline.
The color of the product shown in the website may slightly vary from the actual product’s color because of lights and photographic reasons. There will not be any replacement or return on such items.
The address of the delivery cannot be changed after the product is shipped; hence a return or refund will not be processed in such scenarios.
NOTE: If the conditions that are mentioned above are not fulfilled then the product will not be considered eligible for return or replacement. Detailed care instructions may not be available for every garment, so please use the guidelines provided. When in doubt, opt for dry cleaning.
